The product · in development

AI-powered migration assessment for D365 F&O. Know what it will cost and what will break - before anyone signs.

Point PreFlight at a legacy ERP - AX 2012, SAP, or something homegrown - and get a defensible assessment in hours: what maps to F&O, what's a gap, which customizations are worth carrying, and where the risks hide.

What it does

The assessment, industrialized.

Reads the environment

A read-only collector your own DBA runs - no inbound access, no AI inside your network. Every query it executes is published for your security team to review.

Separates built from shipped

What did this company actually customize over 15 years? PreFlight isolates true customizations from the vanilla product and from third-party add-ons - each one a different migration decision.

Maps it to F&O

Curated mapping knowledge plus AI for the ambiguous cases - every verdict with a confidence score and a stated reason. Including the ones that say "F&O already does this; don't rebuild it."

Output

A white-label assessment workbook: mapping doc, gap analysis, customization inventory, and an auto-derived risk register - executive-ready, with every number traceable to evidence.

No fabricated estimates. Cost figures ship only when they can be grounded in measured project outcomes - that honesty is the product.

Why it exists

Built from the projects that hurt.

PreFlight comes out of years of doing ERP migrations the hard way: estimates blown by customizations nobody documented, "quick" data migrations that consumed months, and discovery phases that discovered too little, too late. Everything the tool checks is something that has actually burned a real project. We're turning that experience into software - so the expensive surprises happen in the assessment, not in month seven.
